Sekou Diaby

Sekou is best known for his leading role in season 1 and 2 of the hit BBC drama series BOARDERS, written by Daniel Lawrence Taylor. This was Sekou’s acting debut, he has since starred in Amazon’s feature film MY FAULT: LONDON and FROM SIDNEY, WITH LOVE, a short film from executive producer Spike Lee and director East Elliot. 

Sekou trained at Theatre Peckham, Collective Acting Studio, and the Brit School. Sekou is also a professional dancer, he trained with the National Youth Dance Company and starred in Olivier-winning director Botis Seva’s MADHEAD. Sekou has recently wrapped filming on Molly Manning Walker’s TV series MAJOR PLAYERS for A24. He will next be seen in BOARDERS S3, YOUR FAULT: LONDON and in the leading role of ‘Dion’ in Ashley Walter’s directorial debut, ANIMOL which has its world premiere at Berlinale Festival.
