
Mark Rowley
Mark is best known for playing Finan in the hugely popular Netflix series THE LAST KINGDOM, a role he reprised in the feature film THE LAST KINGDOM: SEVEN KINGS MUST DIE. Most recently, he appeared in Season 2 of ITV’s KAREN PIRIE and Season 3 of TRIGGER POINT, and he is currently filming a leading role in ITV’s THE DARK, due for release in 2026.
His previous television credits include ONE DAY for Netflix opposite Leo Woodall, SAS: ROGUE HEROES for the BBC, created by Steven Knight and directed by Tom Shankland, as well as Amazon’s CITADEL, THE WITCHER: BLOOD ORIGIN, THE SPANISH PRINCESS for Starz, and THE NORTH WATER.
On film, Mark can most recently be seen in the Netflix feature T.I.M., directed by Spencer Brown, THE EYE, GUNS AKIMBO alongside Daniel Radcliffe and Samara Weaving, and Kit Monkman’s MACBETH.
Classically trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Mark’s theatre credits include the award-winning THE JAMES PLAYS for the National Theatre and the National Theatre of Scotland.
