Safia recently won a BIFA for Best Breakthrough Performance, and has received a BAFTA Scotland nomination for her role in independent feature OUT OF DARKNESS, where she played the leading role of BEYAH – produced by Oliver Kassman (SAINT MAUD). The film recently released to rave reviews and impressive box-office numbers. Safia is currently filming Ronan Day-Lewis’ ANEMONE opposite Daniel Day-Lewis, and recently completed filming on Amazon’s feature film THE BLUFF, where she’ll play a lead role opposite Priyanka Chopra and Karl Urban. Safia trained at The Television Workshop Nottingham, and she can be seen in EXTRAORDINARY for Disney+ and SHERWOOD alongside Lesley Manville and David Morrissey for BBC. Tom is a stage & screen actor of great acclaim. His theatre credits include the role of John Rosmer in ROSMERSHOLM, THE DEEP BLUE SEA at The National Theatre opposite Helen McCrory and DESIGN FOR LIVING at the Old Vic alongside Andrew Scott. Acclaimed TV work include the titular role in the hit BBC series STRIKE opposite Holliday Grainger, the BBC mini-series WAR AND PEACE directed by Tom Harper and as Athos in THE MUSKETEERS also for the BBC.
