Kat Sadler
Kat is a BAFTA-winning writer, actor and comedian. Kat is best known for her original TV series SUCH BRAVE GIRLS, which she created, wrote and starred in. The show aired on BBC Three to critical acclaim and won the 2024 BAFTA for Scripted Comedy, while Kat also took home the award for Emerging Talent: Fiction. The show has been commissioned for a second series, which Kat is currently working on. Kat has also co-written episodes for ITV2 series TELL ME EVERYTHING, and was awarded the prestigious BBC comedy writing bursary in 2019, becoming the in-house comedy writer for BBC Studios. A prolific joke writer, Kat’s television writing credits include THE JONATHAN ROSS SHOW (ITV1), JOE LYCETT’S GOT YOUR BACK (Channel 4), FRANKIE BOYLE’S NEW WORLD ORDER (BBC Two), UNFORGIVABLE (Dave), and THE MASH REPORT (BBC Two).
As a stand up, Kat has twice been nominated for the BBC New Comedian of the Year award. She wrote and acted in BBC3 Quickies, and wrote and performed in her own (“viscerally funny” – The List) sketch show at the Edinburgh Fringe.
