Bafic

Bafic is a Director and Artist based in London. His most recent documentary SUB ELEVEN SECONDS profiles athlete Sha’Carri Richardson, on the quest to achieve her dream of qualifying for the Olympic Games. The film was Executive Produced by the late Virgil Abloh and premiered as part of Sundance 2022’s official selection.

Bafic’s commercial SKATE NATION GHANA, co-directed for Facebook, was awarded the Grand Prix at the 2021 Ciclope Festival, and in 2023 Bafic creative directed the refresh of Channel 4’s iconic idents. Bafic’s moving image work has been commissioned by artists and brands including Neneh Cherry, Louis Vuitton, Kiko Kostadinov, Off-White™, A-COLD-WALL*, and Gucci.  Bafic is currently developing his debut feature, alongside other long-form projects.

Mackenzie Davis

Mackenzie Davis was most recently seen starring in the critically-acclaimed HBOMax series STATION ELEVEN, created by Patrick Somerville and directed by Hiro Murai. Prior to this, she starred opposite Kristen Stewart in Clea Duvall’s HAPPIEST SEASON, which broke streaming records for Hulu.

Mackenzie previous credits include starring roles in Tim Miller’s TERMINATOR reboot for Paramount and Floria Sigismondi’s THE TURNING for Amblin, Denis Villeneuve’s BLADE RUNNER 2049 opposite Ryan Gosling and Harrison Ford, Jon Stewart’s IRRESISTIBLE alongside Steve Carrell, Jason Reitman’s TULLY opposite Charlize Theron, Ridley Scott’s THE MARTIAN alongside Matt Damon and Donald Glover, Drake Doreumus’s BREATHE IN and AMC’s critically-acclaimed series HALT & CATCH FIRE. She also starred in Sophia Takal’s ALWAYS SHINE, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival to rave reviews; her performance earned her the award for “Best Actress” in a U.S. Narrative Feature Film. In 2023, Mackenzie made her stage debut in the National Theatre’s hit production of PHAEDRA for which she received stellar reviews. Mackenzie will next appear in Blumhouse’s SPEAK NO EVIL opposite James McAvoy and Justin Anderson’s SWIMMING HOME. Her first short film as a writer/director, WOACA, played in competition at the Toronto Film Festival 2023.
