TOM BURKE

Tom is a stage & screen actor of great acclaim. He can most recently be seen in a starring role opposite Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth in the MAD MAX prequel FURIOSA, in Sebastian Lelio’s THE WONDER opposite Florence Pugh, and in Oliver Hermanus’ highly acclaimed LIVING alongside Bill Nighy. Tom starred in Netflix’s highly acclaimed series THE CROWN, opposite Helena Bonham Carter. He played Orson Welles in David Fincher’s Oscar-nominated feature MANK, and starred in Joanna Hogg’s feature THE SOUVENIR, which won the World Cinema Grand Jury Prize: Dramatic at Sundance 2019 and for which he was nominated for a BIFA and Critics Circle Award for Best Actor. His theatre credits include the role of John Rosmer in ROSMERSHOLM, THE DEEP BLUE SEA at The National Theatre opposite Helen McCrory and DESIGN FOR LIVING at the Old Vic alongside Andrew Scott. Acclaimed TV work include the titular role in the hit BBC series STRIKE opposite Holliday Grainger, the BBC mini-series WAR AND PEACE directed by Tom Harper and as Athos in THE MUSKETEERS also for the BBC. Tom has recently wrapped on Amazon’s BLADERUNNER 2099 series, and will next appear in Steven Soderbergh’s BLACK BAG, in Kasia Adamik’s THE WINTER OF THE CROW, and on stage at the Barbican in THE SEAGULL, opposite Cate Blanchett.

She will next be seen in Kenneth Branagh’s upcoming feature THE LAST DISTURBANCE OF MADELINE HYNDE opposite Jodie Comer, and Harlan Coben’s upcoming new series LAZARUS (Amazon).
