Kiran Sonia Sawar
Kiran has just wrapped a pivotal role in MAYA (Channel 4) opposite Daisy Haggard. She was most recently seen in the critically acclaimed series TRUELOVE (Channel 4) and in the new series of SLOW HORSES (AppleTV+), for which she was nominated for a Scottish BAFTA Audience Award. She will next be seen in the JACK RYAN FILM (Amazon) opposite John Krasinski.
Kiran is best known for her roles in acclaimed drama MURDERED BY MY FATHER (BBC) and THE NEVERS (HBO). She was nominated for a Scottish BAFTA for her role opposite Andrea Riseborough in Charlie Brooker’s BLACK MIRROR. Other television credits include BREXIT: THE UNCIVIL WAR alongside Benedict Cumberbatch, THE CAPTURE (BBC), PURE (C4), and the second season of BACK TO LIFE (BBC/Showtime). In film, she was most recently seen in THE MEG 2: THE TRENCH opposite Jason Statham.
